"Pears on Silver Dish" is one of several watercolors by Downtowner Laurin McCracken currently on exhibit.

McCracken is the marketing and strategies officer of Looney Ricks Kiss Architects. He has put the skills learned over the years in drawing, photography and observation to use as a watercolorist. His paintings are in corporate and private collections, including McGraw-Hill's Corporate Collections in London and New York and the Urban Land Institute.

McCracken is an award-winning artist whose paintings have been exhibited in juried shows coast to coast including the water color societies of Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, California, Tennessee and Texas.
